Mercury is seeking a Knowledge & Enablement Lead to own the frameworks and governance for risk operations documentation, learning, and certification. You will manage vendor content writers, drive adoption, and shape the enablement backbone to scale with bank-ready risk programs.

This role blends knowledge management with structured training, setting standards and cadence that ensure consistency, audit readiness, and practical applicability across global vendor teams.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in knowledge management or enablement/ L&D, scaling function.
• Experience in regulated environments with control orientation.
• Hybrid KM and enablement design—systems + training.

Responsibilities

• Own the knowledge framework: architecture, versioning, reviews, and AI-enabled access.
• Set standards for policy/procedure documentation across risk ops.
• Govern adoption: cadence, compliance, audits, and evergreen content.
• Partner with internal and BPO enablement teams to align priorities.
• Define requirements for enablement practitioners embedded in risk programs.
• Architect training and certification for vendor delivery with milestone curricula.
• Measure outcomes: time-to-productivity, certification coverage, content freshness.
• Enable cross-skilling across risk domains like onboarding, AML, disputes.
