Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Knowledge & Enablement Lead to own the frameworks and governance for how risk operations and BPO partners document, learn, and prove what they do as Mercury scales toward bank readiness.

The role spans knowledge management and training, with responsibility for standards, review cadences, and the vendor-based content-writers team. You will drive adoption through enablement practitioners embedded across risk programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading knowledge-management and enablement programs.
• Experience designing training and certification for vendor or outsourced teams.
• Ability to set clear standards, governance, and cadence for documentation and training.
• Experience in regulated industries or complex control environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the knowledge framework and architecture for risk-operations procedures.
• Set policy, standards, templates, and conventions for documentation and training.
• Govern adoption and quality, including reviews, compliance, and audits.
• Lead a vendor-based content-writing team and shape priorities and performance.
• Define enablement requirements across risk programs and ensure practical adoption.
• Design training and certification systems for vendor delivery with milestone curricula.
• Track metrics showing improvement in productivity, coverage, and training impact.
• Foster cross-skilling across risk programs and ensure scalable expansion.
