Job summary

Mercury seeks a Knowledge & Enablement Lead to own the frameworks and governance for how risk operations documents are created, learned, and proven, including BPO partner involvement. The role blends knowledge management and training, setting standards, and driving adoption across vendor teams to scale toward bank readiness.

You will manage a vendor-based content team and collaborate across risk programs to ensure consistency, quality, and measurable improvements in documentation and training

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in knowledge management or enablement/education.
• Experience in regulated/complex environments with controls.
• Hybrid system design and execution experience for knowledge and training programs.
• Proven ability to scale knowledge-management and enablement in vendor-heavy setups.

Responsibilities

• Own the knowledge framework and architecture for risk-operations documentation.
• Set standards, templates, and conventions for policy and procedure writing.
• Govern adoption and quality with cadence, audits, and exception handling.
• Collaborate with internal and BPO enablement teams to align priorities.
• Define enablement requirements for teams without a direct reporting line.
• Architect training and certification programs for vendor delivery.
• Instrument the function with metrics on productivity, coverage, and freshness.
• Enable cross-skilling across risk programs and vendors.
