Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Knowledge & Enablement Lead to own the frameworks and governance for how risk operations and BPO partners document, learn, and prove their work as we scale toward bank readiness.

The role blends knowledge management with training, setting standards, cadence, and adoption. You will manage a vendor-based content team and drive enablement across risk programs with a systems-first approach.

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of knowledge management or enablement experience
  • Experience in regulated environments
  • Hybrid KM and enablement skill set
  • Design knowledge, training, and certification for BPO
  • Experience leading vendor-delivered teams
  • Standards adoption across federated organizations
  • Strong systems thinking and writing skills
  • Metrics to show program impact
  • Interest in AI for knowledge management

Responsibilities

  • Own the knowledge framework and architecture
  • Set policy, procedure, and documentation standards
  • Govern adoption and quality of governance
  • Partner with internal and BPO enablement teams
  • Define enablement requirements across risk programs
  • Architect training and certification system
  • Instrument the function with metrics
  • Enable cross-skilling across risk programs
