Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides enterprise-level oversight and coordination, strategic guidance, and analysis on KM workflows from creation to distribution.
• Manages governance of SharePoint and DoD365 environments, including standards, workflows, permissions, and policy controls for KM storage and distribution (NIPRNet and SIPRNet).
• Trains SharePoint managers on KM page management and developing KM plans for their orgs.
• Evaluates emerging KM practices and advises leadership on enterprise adoption and integration.
• Directs a team of five military personnel in day-to-day KM operations.
• Represents the organization at top-level meetings and conferences with executive judgment.
