Qualifikationen

• BE Electronics or BE Mechanical with MBA in Sales/Marketing.
• 3–5 years of experience in PCB, CAD, CAE, or Simulation software sales.
• Experience selling to commercial accounts across automotive, defense, startups.

Aufgaben

• Achieve revenue targets for Siemens PCB, mechanical design & simulation tools from Tamil Nadu customers.
• Forecast and develop annual sales quota for the region and meet quarterly/annual targets.
• Accurately forecast opportunities and pipeline-generation activities across the territory.
• Develop and execute a Territory plan for Automotive, Defense and startups.
• Develop and implement new sales/marketing initiatives and strategies.
• Collaborate with Application engineering to deliver customer demos and support.
• Identify new market opportunities and acquire new clients per targets.
