Job summary

RELEX Solutions, a fast-growing SaaS provider for retail planning, seeks a Key Account Director for the West/North America region. The role focuses on managing senior relationships, growing revenue, and closing strategic, complex deals across the retail sector.

Reporting to the SVP of Sales, North America, this permanent, full-time position is 100% remote with travel in North America and prefers candidates in US Central/Mountain/West time zones.

Qualifications

• Enterprise-level sales experience in SCM/ERP/BI domains.
• Experience selling to grocery, convenience, big box, or retail sectors.
• Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-value client relationships with executive sponsors.
• Identify opportunities and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute account strategies to grow pipeline and close deals.
• Articulate value beyond technology to align with client operations.
• Qualify prospects, forecast accurately, and report progress.
• Collaborate with development, marketing and services to deliver solutions.
• Engage with clients as the main point of contact and create value.
