Job summary

RELEX Solutions is seeking a Key Account Director for the West Region to lead strategic relationships and drive revenue for our supply chain SaaS solutions across North America.

This senior sales role focuses on managing high-value retail accounts, developing account strategies, and closing complex deals while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client value and growth. Remote work is supported with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Enterprise-level sales experience in SCM/ERP/BI.
• Experience selling to grocery, convenience, big box, apparel, or retail industries.
• Proven ability to close new name accounts and manage complex multi-constituency deals.
• Consultative, value-proposition-driven sales methodology.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Self-motivated, independent work with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Relationship Management with executive decision-makers within key client organizations.
• Revenue Growth within the assigned account portfolio.
• Account Strategy: develop and execute strategies to drive pipeline growth and close deals.
• Articulate high-value propositions by understanding client operations and strategies.
• Sales Execution: qualify prospects, provide accurate sales forecasts, and report on progress.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with development, marketing, and services to deliver solutions.
• Executive Engagement: act as the main contact for key clients and resolve issues.
