Job summary

RELEX Solutions is seeking a senior Key Account Director for the West Region to manage strategic retail clients and drive revenue growth. You will lead account strategy, engage executive stakeholders, and coordinate across product, marketing, and services to deliver end-to-end value.

Remote role with travel across North America; reports to the SVP of Sales, North America. Ideal candidates have enterprise-SCM/ERP/BI experience and a proven record in complex deal closing.

Qualifications

• Enterprise sales experience selling strategic, enterprise-level solutions (SCM/ERP/BI).
• Experience selling to grocery, convenience, big box, apparel, or similar retail sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage executive relationships within key client organizations.
• Identify opportunities and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute account strategies to grow pipeline and close deals on timelines.
• Articulate high-value propositions by linking RELEX solutions to client needs.
• Qualify prospects, forecast sales, and report progress to management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development, marketing, and services teams to ensure delivery of value.
• Engage with executives as primary client contact and resolve issues, delivering value.
