You will expand existing accounts and collaborate across teams to secure favorable terms, including rates and carrier selection, while maintaining client satisfaction and shipment integrity. The role emphasizes building a core book of business, understanding industry needs, and maintaining accurate billing and performance metrics in a fast-paced transportation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 1 year of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the daily point of contact and relationship manager for RXO's top clients.
• Expand current customer accounts through ongoing relationship development.
• Collaborate with team members to secure terms of sale, including negotiating rates, identifying carriers, procuring equipment.
• Maintain understanding of industry and client needs to grow a core book of business.
• Ensure shipment integrity and uphold the RXO brand by following standard processes.
• Update tracking and reporting systems to maintain sales and volume metrics.
• Monitor and ensure accurate billing for mutually beneficial operations.
