Job summary

NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes, Beloit, Wisconsin, seeks a Key Account Manager for Established Accounts to own commercial success of current CDMO relationships across development, clinical, and commercial lifecycles. You will retain and grow existing accounts, lead negotiations, and ensure NorthStar is seen as a strategic partner for isotope supply and radiopharmaceutical development services.

The role partners with Program Management and reports to the Senior Director, CDMO.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in key account management or strategic customer relationships within a CDMO/ pharma/ biotech environment.
• Proven ability to retain and grow revenue within an existing strategic account base.
• Strong track record negotiating complex, multi‑year commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary commercial lead for assigned CDMO customer accounts and build executive‑level relationships.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligning capabilities with customer objectives.
• Drive retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth by identifying expansion opportunities and forecasting revenue.
• Lead contract negotiations for pricing, statements of work, renewals, and scope changes with cross‑functional teams.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Program Management to ensure onboarding and delivery of commitments.
• Lead executive business reviews and support proposal development with customer insights and growth strategies.
• Maintain expertise in radiopharmaceutical therapy market and represent NorthStar at meetings and industry events.
