Job summary

NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes in Beloit, WI is seeking a CDMO Project Manager to shepherd CDMO projects through kickoff, tech transfer, validation and manufacturing for clinical and commercial products. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with sponsors and partners, and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a technical bachelor's and at least six years of project management in life sciences, including two years of cGMP experience; PMP is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline and minimum six years PM experience in life science, including two years of cGMP.
• PMP Certification highly desirable.
• Experience leading CDMO projects and coordinating with sponsors, internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PM of CDMO projects from kickoff through tech transfer, validation, and manufacturing (clinical and commercial).
• Act as main liaison between sponsors, internal teams, and external partners to manage expectations and updates.
• Develop, manage and track project plans, charters, schedules and deliverables aligned with sponsor goals.
• Support Operations, BD and Finance to achieve revenue targets and summarize project-level financials.
• Collaborate with facility management to determine resource requirements for each project.
• Organize dashboards and performance reports, communicate delays and mitigation plans.
• Develop high-level understanding to liaison for questions on project status.
• Define project goals with stakeholders for short- and long-term dissemination.
• Continuously seek opportunities to optimize execution and customer satisfaction.
