Job summary

NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes, based in Beloit, Wisconsin, seeks a seasoned Key Account Manager for Established Accounts. You will own the commercial relationships with current biopharma partners across development, clinical, and commercial stages, driving retention, expansion, and strategic collaboration.

As primary contact, you will negotiate contracts, coordinate with Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance, and lead Executive Business Reviews to grow revenue while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in life sciences, business, or related field.
• Seven years of key account management or strategic customer relationship management in CDMO/CMO/pharma/biotech, managing existing relationships.
• Proven track record of retaining and growing revenue in strategic accounts and negotiating multi-year contracts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary commercial lead for assigned CDMO accounts with executive-level relationships.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligning capabilities with customer objectives.
• Drive retention and revenue growth by identifying expansion opportunities and forecasting revenue.
• Lead commercial negotiations for contracts, pricing, SOWs, renewals, and scope changes with senior leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding, execution, and delivery of commitments.
• Lead executive reviews and support proposal development with customer insights and growth strategies.
• Maintain expertise in radiopharmaceutical therapy market and represent NorthStar at meetings and forums.
