NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes in Beloit, Wisconsin seeks a results-driven Key Account Manager to own retention and growth of CDMO customer relationships across development to commercial supply. You will lead executive-level conversations and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments.

The role requires deep experience in strategic account management within pharma/biotech, with a track record of renewing contracts and expanding revenue across existing portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.
• Seven (7) years of experience in key account management within a CDMO/biotech environment.
• Proven track record of retaining strategic accounts and negotiating multi-year commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary commercial lead for assigned CDMO customer accounts and build executive-level relationships.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention and growth.
• Identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Lead commercial negotiations for contracts, pricing, renewals, and scope expansions.
• Manage account revenue forecasts, pipelines, and renewal activities to meet objectives.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance to deliver commitments.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews and provide market insights and growth recommendations.
