  • Lead commercial negotiations for contracts, pricing, renewals, amendments, change orders, and scope expansions in collaboration with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Manage account revenue forecasts, opportunity pipelines, growth plans, and renewal activities to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Partner closely with Program Management, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Technical teams to ensure customer commitments are successfully delivered and customer issues are effectively resolved.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews and commercial strategy discussions, providing customer insights, market intelligence, competitive positioning, and growth recommendations.

  • Establish account review routines, CRM discipline, renewal visibility, and escalation pathways for assigned accounts.

After 6 months you will:

  • Own and actively manage strategic account plans for assigned customers, including retention risks, renewal timing, growth opportunities, and relationship strategy.
  • Lead commercial discussions, customer escalations, and cross-functional account actions with increasing independence and documented follow-through.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, opportunity pipelines, account health updates, and expansion plans that support commercial planning and leadership visibility.
