Job summary

Solenis, a leading water and hygiene solutions provider, seeks a results-driven candidate near International Falls, MN, with a strong science/engineering background and 10+ years in manufacturing. You will support sales with account activity, perform on-site testing, and drive continuous improvement across processes and equipment.

The role requires stakeholder management, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to learn industry-specific applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or technical discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 10+ years of manufacturing or equipment experience welcomed.
• Sales success in the paper industry and industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with sales management to inform on account activity.
• Complete weekly reporting and manage inventory visibility and accountability.
• Perform on-site testing to verify safety and effectiveness of treatment programs.
• Address customer issues with sales and customer teams to implement corrective actions.
• Analyze data to evaluate program performance and drive improvements.
• Lead process improvements with plant owners in a manufacturing setting.
