Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, engineering, quality, or project management.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Proven experience building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and develop strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities and targeted accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, engineering teams, and quality organizations at customer sites.
• Execute proactive prospecting activities, including cold outreach to target customers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Marketing teams to support customer requirements and product development.
• Prepare and deliver compelling customer presentations, business proposals, and commercial solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and commercial terms to achieve profitable growth.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
• Gather customer and market insights to support product strategy and business planning.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and industry developments.
• Manage customer forecasting and account data to support planning and decision-making.
• Support and expand existing business within the surgical and medical device market segments.
