Hansa Biopharma in the US seeks a seasoned Key Account Manager to drive launch revenue for a kidney transplant product. You will build sales in new territories and partner cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical, Operations and Marketing.

The role requires 7+ years in pharma/biotech sales, including inpatient launches and experience with transplant/hospital accounts. Expect travel and credentialing for access in academic centers.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of key account sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
• 5+ years of nephrology, transplant, rare disease, institutional sales experience.
• Extensive inpatient/institutional new product launch experience.
• Credentialing to access academic institutions and medical facilities in assigned geography.

• Create strategic account plans to drive product uptake.
• Develop relationships with hospitals, transplant teams and KOLs.
• Navigate hospital/academic centers to gain formulary access and EMR placement.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical, Operations, Marketing and Trade.
