DuPont seeks a senior sales professional to manage and grow relationships in Bio Pharma Processing, Volume Extrusion, and Medical Packaging Films across Benelux & DACH. The role promotes DuPont Healthcare solutions and targets existing and new customers to drive profitable growth.

• Degree in Bio-Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in Bio Pharma Processing or adjacent healthcare sales/marketing/technical service.
• Knowledge of key players in EMEA BPP, Volume Extrusion, Medical packaging films.
• Strong technical background in Bio Pharma Processing is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to work independently and in teams; build cross-functional relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Achieves sales and business development goals in Bio Pharma Processing followed by Volume Extrusion and Medical Packaging Films.
• Develops relationships with customers, prospects and decision makers.
• Manage large multinational accounts and develop account plans for long-term growth.
• Develop new business with target segments in Benelux & DACH regions in Europe.
• Maintain a sales pipeline aligned with strategy and growth targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Identify solutions to customer problems and document opportunities in Salesforce.
• Understand products and applications in BPP and Volume extrusion.
• Negotiate pricing, supply agreements, and CDA with customers.
• Forecast sales monthly and share market intelligence with internal teams.
