Qualifications

• Experience in strategic account management within bioprocessing, pharma, biotech, or life sciences.
• Proven ability to grow strategic accounts and identify opportunities across technical and commercial teams.
• Understanding of regulated manufacturing environments and customer decision processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual revenue and profitability targets across assigned bioprocessing and pharmaceutical accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with quarterly and annual growth objectives.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within biotech, biopharma, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and life sciences markets.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Procurement, Manufacturing, Process Development, Quality, Engineering, Operations, and R&D.
• Lead commercial negotiations including contracts, pricing, and long-term supply agreements.
• Partner with Technical Service, Application Development, Marketing, R&D, and Customer Service teams to drive customer success.
• Maintain accurate customer, pipeline, and opportunity information within Salesforce.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by connecting customer process challenges with DuPont purification and separation technologies.
