Zusammenfassung

Associer Intl seeks a KAE to support customers in North America and link US office with the company. You will manage OEM relationships, prepare quality and logistics topics, and act as the first window between customers and our teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating volumes, pricing, and RFQ follow-ups, attending key meetings, and consolidating weekly and monthly reports. A Bachelor degree and 3 years in automotives are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Microsoft Office.
• Multicultural aptitude, fighting spirit and customer mindset focus.
• Automotive industry minimum 3 years experience working for a tier 1 supplier.

Aufgaben

• Maintain good relationships with the customer; serve as first-line sales contact.
• Attend regular meetings with sales, projects & supplier teams; visit customer sites.
• Support cross-functional teams by aligning with customer expectations and preparing templates.
• Consolidate data in OEM overviews and weekly/monthly reports; track volumes and costs.
• Interface with OEM Purchasing for volumes, pricing, and RFQ follow-ups; manage delinquencies.
• Anticipate customer needs and protect company's margins and image.
• Handle purchasing contracts and cost breakdowns with the SPP team.
