Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
• Experience: 5 years of customer contact with marketing or relationship/account management.
• Preferred: 10 years in sales, marketing, customer service, or utility/energy operations.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions and technical expertise to resolve complex issues for assigned key account customers (large commercial, industrial, special contracts).
• Develop, maintain strong relationships with customers as their trusted advisor using project-management style communication, planning, and follow-through.
• Communicate effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction and advocate for the company.
