Job summary

Georgia Power in the Northwest Georgia region seeks a Key Account Manager II to serve large Industrial and Commercial customers, focusing on the flooring segment, delivering proactive account management, expert service, and solutions across multiple product lines.

You will partner with Sales, Solutions, and other internal teams to resolve issues, improve NPS, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience providing exceptional customer service and support with large Industrial and/or Commercial customers.
• Four-year degree (Engineering, Business, or other technical degree preferred) or comparable work experience required.
• Certified Energy Manager® or Certified Energy Auditor® or other relevant certification preferred.
• Proven history of working well with internal partners.
• Familiar with CRM tools such as Oracle Sales Cloud, Salesforce, HubSpot, or other leading CRM tool.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading customer support and service to drive top-quartile NPS results.
• Become the customer’s Energy Expert and build strong relationships with decision makers for assigned portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Distribution, Transmission, Pricing & Rates, Solutions, Economic Development, Region Leadership).
• Partner with Solutions to maximize growth and deliver seamless multi-product energy solutions.
