Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering or Industrial Technology.
• Associate degree with customer service experience in a technical environment.
• High school diploma with extensive customer service experience in a technical environment.
• Certification as a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or energy rating certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary field contact for assigned customers with 24/7/365 availability.
• Develop relationships with managers and executives for assigned customers.
• Provide Energy Solution consultation based on customer needs to lower costs or identify process needs.
• Document key customer activities in ADAM and MACSS.
• Coordinate complex, new and expanded electric service requests with supervision.
