Job summary

Networking Technologies + Support is hiring a Copier Service Associate to support copier service operations for our client. You will handle administrative tasks, service requests, scheduling, inventory management, and client communications to uphold service standards.

In this role, you will coordinate between service technicians, clients, and internal teams, maintain accurate records, generate reports, and contribute to KPI tracking while delivering high-quality service and support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
• Willingness to learn copier systems and terminology.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and log service tickets, prioritizing appropriately.
• Escalate complex issues to technical resources and ensure timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, actions, and resolutions.
• Manage inventory levels of copier supplies and consumables.
• Monitor stock, track usage, and reorder to balance availability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and updates.
• Communicate service progress and gather information to ensure client satisfaction.
• Address concerns promptly and follow up to achieve resolution.
• Maintain documentation and databases related to service activities.
• Generate reports and analyze service data to track KPIs.
