TTI, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Branch Customer Service Coordinator I to support the branch sales force by handling customer inquiries, coordinating special requests, and resolving issues to ensure smooth order progression.

You will verify orders, provide order status updates by phone and email, and assist sales reps with quotes and delivery information, contributing to high-quality service. The role requires strong communication skills and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months' experience in a customer support or similar role, preferably in Electronics Components industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Verify and expedite customer orders to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery by coordinating special requests with the Branch Coordination group.
• Provide information to customers regarding order status by phone and email by looking up inquiries in the sales database.
• Coordinate issue resolution by working with the Sales Representative and the Customer to ensure smooth sales to shipping process.
• Assist the Sales Representative in processing customer quotes by performing stock checks and obtaining delivery information using the computer supplier access.
• Process order confirmation files by reviewing data and maintaining accuracy resulting in low sales errors and high quality.
• Participate in the company Total Quality process by following established policies and procedures.
• Provide support to the Sales Representatives by returning calls, sending samples and sales literature to customers and researching and preparing customer return authorizations and replacement orders.
• Provide back-up coverage for Director of First Impressions by covering switchboard during breaks.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
