Job summary

Prince George's County Government seeks an Enterprise IT Training Manager to plan, develop, deliver, and evaluate technology-focused learning and organizational development programs. The role leads LMS administration, SCORM/xAPI content deployment, and manages budgets with external training resources and university partnerships.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in business or public administration; equivalent combinations may be considered.
2 years of progressively responsible government experience as specified by the position.
Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs and curricula.

Responsibilities

Lead LMS administration, system configuration, user access, and reporting.
Develop, deliver, and evaluate technology-focused training and organizational development programs.
Monitor budgets, vendor coordination, and external training resources.
Analyze training data and prepare dashboards for stakeholders.
Coordinate partnerships with universities and external training providers.
