Job summary

Prince George's County Government seeks an Enterprise Information Technology Training Manager to lead technology-focused learning programs, manage LMS and SCORM/xAPI content, and evaluate outcomes. You will develop curricula, oversee budgets, and coordinate external partnerships to strengthen employee performance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Business Administration, Public Administration, or closely related field.
• Two years of progressively responsible governmental experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate technology-focused learning programs.
• Lead LMS administration including SCORM/xAPI content, enrollment, and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and reports to evaluate training outcomes and program effectiveness.
• Coordinate external training resources and university partnerships.
• Provide coaching and instructional support to county departments.
