Qualifications

• Experience administering enterprise LMS and large-scale virtual platforms.

• Experience in public social services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal administrator and technical architect for SSA's virtual learning infrastructure.
• Set standards and QA for statewide training delivery and classroom management.
• Align curricula with federal mandates and CJAMS enhancements.
• Oversee contracts and partnerships for Child Welfare Academy and Title IV-E initiatives.
• Produce executive briefs and mandatory compliance reports from training data.
