You will manage end-to-end business development and the full lifecycle of IT staffing, ensuring excellent client and candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined recruiting and sales experience with a search firm.
• Comfortable leveraging CRM, ATS, AI-assisted sourcing and market intelligence tools.
• Ability to speak to the Information Technology Industry.
• Patient, communicative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience partnering with IT hiring managers and recruiters throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact between Patriot, clients and recruiting team.
• Manage IT staffing business development and full cycle recruiting process.
• Translate client requirements to Patriot recruiting team.
• Develop and grow a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Maintain data reports and performance metrics for client teams.
• Drive offer process, negotiation, and closing candidates.
