Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in a STEM or related field or relevant experience.
• 10–15 years of progressive IT staffing and recruitment operations experience in the U.S.
• Minimum 4 years managing client relationships and accounts
• Experience managing SLAs and KPIs and monitoring service delivery
• Proven ability to grow client accounts, drive profitability, and lead recruitment teams
• Experience with ATS/HRIS platforms, recruitment databases, and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts and maintain client relationships.
• Develop and implement client engagement strategies aligned with staffing objectives.
• Oversee recruitment delivery, screening, and presentation of qualified IT professionals.
• Lead recruitment teams and prioritize requisitions to meet client targets.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to optimize staffing and onboarding.
• Monitor performance metrics and establish improvements to recruitment processes
