7+ years in Account Management, Client Partnerships, or Business Development within Staffing, IT Consulting, Systems Integration, or Technology Services.
Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise client accounts.
Experience engaging senior client stakeholders and driving account expansion.
Strong understanding of technology consulting and workforce solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion, and increased revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decisionmakers.
Drive account growth through cross-selling and upselling workforce and technology solutions.
Develop strategic account plans aligned with client goals and business priorities.
Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and leadership teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and account negotiations.
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account activity reporting.
