Job summary

RED Global in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive SAP/IT staffing sales from our Somerville office. You will develop and support business development efforts, build strong client relationships, and expand opportunities across existing and new buyers.

You will manage account plans to maximize revenue, margin, and customer retention, logging all activity in the CRM and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven success selling SAP or similar IT staffing services to clients.
• Strong ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients and colleagues.
• Experience with prospecting, cold calling, and client presentations.
• Ability to engage with C-level executives and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support ongoing business development efforts for SAP/IT staffing.
• Build relationships with clients and colleagues; ensure open communication.
• Target and map new/existing clients; expand relationships beyond current pockets.
• Develop account plans to maximize revenue, margin, and retention within assigned accounts.
• Document and log account plans and activities in the company CRM.
• Manage commercial relationships and resolve customer problems promptly.
• Conduct development calls to expand contacts and set up meetings; handle RFI/RFP/ITT tasks.
