Job summary

SHI International Corp., founded in 1989, is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Dell Technologies portfolio. This role drives profitable growth through strategic solution selling, enablement, and proactive account management across SHI, Dell Technologies, and ecosystem partners.

You will act as a trusted advisor to account executives, build cross-team relationships, and lead joint business planning and quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
• 5–7 years of experience in IT sales or channel business development.
• Experience working with partners and IT channel required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary partner expert and trusted advisor to SHI account executives and customers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and develop partner opportunities within accounts and territories.
• Drive the full partner sales cycle: prospecting, positioning, quoting, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
• Conduct technical and business discovery; architect and recommend Dell solutions accordingly.
• Lead customer-facing meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
