Job summary

Syringa Networks is seeking an enthusiastic Technology Solutions Broker to join a growing sales team. You will source new customers, consult on advanced technologies, and collaborate with supplier partners to customize solutions that drive revenue and meet client needs.

The role requires knowledge of IT, network, data center, security, compliance, and application development operations, with the ability to communicate product features and benefits effectively and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration or industry-equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales, engineering, and executive leadership in business or IT operations.
• Proven track record of selling into commercial and public sector accounts.
• Strong knowledge of the as-a-service and adjacent technology marketplaces.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems (Microsoft, HubSpot, NetSuite).
• Ability to meet sales and service targets.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
• Ability to work remotely as needed.

Responsibilities

• Source new customers.
• Assist clients with vendor relationships.
• Thrive in a modern work environment; willingness to travel and remote work accepted.
• Coordinate technical demonstrations of as-a-service offerings.
• Advise clients about the as-a-service market across multiple tech domains.
• Create comparison matrices and vendor score cards for RFIs/RFPs to meet client outcomes.
• Consult on multi-technology, multi-vendor projects.
• Review contracts (NDA, MSAs, order forms).
• Attend training and industry seminars.
• Meet sales targets through plans and execution.
