Entech Computer Services LLC in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to support both sales teams by discovering and presenting technical solutions. You will architect complex solutions beyond standard MSP coverage and guide projects from discovery to post-project review, aligning with business goals and budgets.

The role requires deep IT infrastructure expertise, strong communication with executives, and a focus on secure, scalable designs.

Qualifications

Ten years of related technology infrastructure experience or coursework.
Advanced knowledge in project management principles.
Experience with ConnectWise or equivalent ticketing/project tools.

Responsibilities

Assist outside and inside sales in discovery and presentation of technical solutions.
Respond to requests for information or proposals with technical details of proposed solutions.
Architect complex and non-complex solutions beyond MSP scope.
Understand business problems of C-level executives and provide solutions-driven approaches.
Strategic technical selling with professional customer expectation management.
Determine needs and budget with customers.
Create statements of work for major infrastructure projects with Project Manager.
Create project charters for pre-project validation and approvals.
Participate in post-project reviews and lessons learned.
Facilitate handoff from sales to project teams.
Research and develop new products and services.
