Job summary

Entech is a Managed IT Services Provider delivering secure technology solutions across Florida. The Solutions Architect supports both outside and inside sales in discovering and presenting technical solutions and responding to customer requests for information or proposals, while architecting complex solutions beyond standard MSP coverage.

• Ten years of related experience or relevant coursework.
• Demonstrated track record of managing a wide variety of technology infrastructure, deployment, cloud, and migration projects.
• Advanced knowledge in project management principles.
• Experience using ConnectWise or other ticketing, incident management or project management applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist outside and inside sales representatives in discovery and presentation of technical solutions.
• Respond to requests for information or requests for proposals from customers, supplying the technical details of proposed solutions.
• Architect complex and non-complex solutions that fall outside of the coverage of a client partner's Managed Service agreement.
• Understand business problems of C-level executives and provide solutions-driven approaches.
• Strategic approach to technical selling with a professional understanding of customer expectations.
• Work with customers to determine needs and budget.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to create accurate statements of work for major infrastructure projects.
• Create project charters for pre-project validation and approvals.
• Participate in post-project meetings to review key metrics and lessons learned.
• Help facilitate handoff from sales to project teams.
• Research and develop new products and services.
• Provide guidance to peers but no formal supervisory responsibility.
• Adhere to HIPAA and information security policies.

• Work with Project Manager to ensure accurate statement of work creation for all major infrastructure projects. This includes Project timeline, schedule and labor estimates.
• Create project charters for pre-project validation and approvals.
• Participate in post-project meetings to review key project success metrics and lessons learned.
• Help facilitate handoff from sales and partner success teams to project team.
• Work independently or as part of a team to research and develop new products and services for organization to offer.
• Provides guidance to peers but has no formal supervisory responsibility.
• Adheres to Entech's HIPAA and information security policies.

• Professional Project Management certification(s) preferred such as CAPM, PMP, CompTIA Project+

• MS-100, MS-500, AZ-104 desired
• Fortinet, Cisco or SonicWall certifications: Cisco CCNA, CCIA, CCEA
