EOS IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Account Executive in New York to develop strategic client relationships and expand our business in a competitive market. You will lead new business opportunities, guide deals with MEDDIC/MEDDPIC-driven selling, and collaborate with the sales team to forecast and close high-value opportunities.

The role offers a generous OTE of $120k-$280k, with performance-based growth, a strong emphasis on customer outcomes, and a dynamic, global IT services

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of demonstrated success in consistently achieving sales targets using a consultative, solution-oriented approach focusing on customer outcomes.
• Knowledge of MEDDIC or MEDDPIC.
• Adept at managing sales forecasts and developing strategies to bridge gaps to achieve targeted results.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
• Research and analyze market trends to uncover new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed new and existing business acquisition targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to refine and enhance sales strategies.
• Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase our services and demonstrate their value to potential clients.
• Engage with key decision-makers to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Lead negotiations, address objections, and close deals effectively.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
