Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for IT software and services.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing, RFI/RFP, negotiations, and contracting.
• Manage procurement across SaaS, cloud, software, and IT services.
• Lead MSAs, SOWs, and other tech agreements with Legal and stakeholders.
• Partner with IT, Security, Privacy, Legal, and Finance for sourcing decisions.
• Monitor supplier performance, renewals, and cost savings opportunities.
• Identify third-party risk and ensure regulatory/compliance review.
• Deliver measurable cost savings and value through procurement actions.
