Trace3 is seeking a Senior Regional Director, Engineering to lead a team of Solution Architects. This engineering leader will shape and execute the company's technology strategy, develop engineering talent, and align resources with business priorities.

Your role includes mentoring a strong engineering team and collaborating closely with Sales leadership. You'll help drive customer engagement and ensure operational consistency across the team to deliver effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15 years of progressive technical experience required.
• 7 years’ management experience in team-building and influence.
• Excellent understanding of enterprise-level IT operations.
• Ability to develop innovative solutions under uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Solution Architects focused on customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with regional Sales leadership to drive business strategy.
• Establish operational consistency across the Solution Architecture team.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex customer engagements.
