Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager to lead BRM & IT Service Delivery. You will translate business strategy into technology roadmaps, manage service delivery across global teams, and drive value, user experience, security, and cost efficiency.

You will partner with business leaders to align technology strategies with organizational goals, oversee governance and ITSM practices, and drive transformation initiatives in a remote/hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for degree.
• 10+ years of IT service delivery, business relationship management, IT operations, technology strategy, or related leadership roles.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience in a global, multi-site environment.
• Up to 25% travel domestically and internationally.
• Experience advising senior leaders and translating business strategy into technology priorities and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide global leadership for BRM, IT service delivery, service management, and governance across Performance Technologies.
• Advise leaders on technology strategy, investment priorities, service performance, risk, and transformation opportunities.
• Lead global teams and partners to improve outcomes and operational performance.
• Partner with leaders to align technology roadmaps with organizational goals.
• Translate business needs into technology solutions and drive transformation initiatives.
• Oversee IT demand management, portfolio prioritization, and business case development.
• Manage global IT service delivery with high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPI/SLA, incident management, and continuous improvement.
