Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Network Architecture & Engineering to lead the strategy, design, delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of the enterprise network environment in a remote-capable role. You will own architectural direction across campus, data center, cloud, wireless, and WAN, ensuring secure, scalable, and cost-effective services for global locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of enterprise network architecture/engineering experience.
3+ years of direct people leadership experience.
Experience designing and operating Cisco and Aruba network solutions.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, QoS, OSPF, BGP, wireless networking, and high-availability design.
Proven ability to lead complex infrastructure initiatives from architecture through implementation and stabilization.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, architecture, and roadmap for enterprise networking technologies including LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, and network security.
Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient network solutions across operations, manufacturing, and growth.
Drive network modernization initiatives including wireless transformation, segmentation, automation, cloud networking, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
Oversee planning, deployment, migration, and optimization of network infrastructure across global locations.
Establish and maintain network engineering standards, documentation, change management, and best practices.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, and business teams to meet performance, availability, security, and compliance needs.
Provide technical leadership and act as escalation point for complex incidents and remediation.
Manage and optimize enterprise routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, VPN, internet edge, and cloud connectivity platforms.
Lead, mentor, and develop a global network engineering team with staffing, performance, and skills development.
Build relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and partners and communicate recommendations and risks clearly.
