Job summary

Modine is seeking a Senior Manager of Network Architecture & Engineering to lead the strategy, design, delivery, and operation of enterprise networking across campus, manufacturing, data center, cloud, wireless, and WAN environments.

The role requires deep technical ownership, vendor management, and direct leadership of network engineers to align with business priorities and technology standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise network architecture, engineering, implementation, and operations experience.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership in network teams.
• Experience designing and operating Cisco/Aruba networks in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, QoS, OSPF, BGP, wireless and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, architecture, and roadmap for enterprise networking technologies (LAN/WAN/WLAN/SD‑WAN).
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient network solutions across campuses, data centers, and cloud.
• Drive modernization initiatives including wireless transformation and cloud connectivity.
• Oversee deployment, migration, and optimization of global network infrastructure.
• Establish standards, change control, and best practices; ensure performance and security.
• Mentor a global network engineering team and manage vendor relationships.

Education

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering

Cisco/Aruba certifications (preferred)
