Modine Manufacturing Company in the United States is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to own and optimize our ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, CMDB, and automation to improve service delivery.

You will lead roadmap, governance, and integrations with AD/Entra ID and HRIS systems; remote role, strong collaboration, CSA certified.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator with platform knowledge.
CMDB management including discovery, service mapping and data modeling.
Hands-on with core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.).
Automation mindset using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and scripting.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (Active Directory/Entra ID, HRIS) and REST/SOAP APIs.
Strategic direction and roadmap experience for the ServiceNow platform.
Excellent problem-solving and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Strong communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
ServiceNow CSA certification required; CIS-ITSM/CIS-Discovery desirable.
College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
Serve as the primary technical owner for the ServiceNow instance.
Drive platform governance and best practices for development, testing and deployment.
Lead the administration and enhancement of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
Create and manage the CMDB, define the CSDM and implement discovery processes.
Design and implement workflows within ServiceNow to improve service delivery.
Automate processes using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub; build integrations via REST/SOAP.
Integrate ServiceNow with AD/Entra ID and HRIS systems like Workday/UKG.
