Modine Manufacturing Company seeks a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to lead end-to-end administration, strategic direction, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform. Focus areas include ITSM, CMDB, discovery, and a strong automation-first culture.

The role requires ownership of platform roadmap, governance, and integration with AD/Entra ID and HRIS systems (Workday, UKG). Remote work is supported, with CSA certification required or in place.

Qualifications

• Proven ServiceNow Administrator experience with CMDB, discovery, service mapping, and data modeling.
• Hands-on with core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.).
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations including AD/Entra ID and HRIS platforms; REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience shaping platform strategy and roadmap for ServiceNow.
• Remote-work capable with strong communication and collaboration skills; CSA is required; CIS-ITSM/CIS-Discovery desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow platform aligned with IT priorities.
• Own the ServiceNow instance health, security, and performance.
• Drive governance and best practices for development, testing, and deployment.
