Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, business, engineering or related field.
10+ years of progressive IT service delivery and leadership experience.
5+ years of global/multi-site people leadership experience.
Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
Experience advising senior leaders and translating strategy into priorities.

Responsibilities

Provide global leadership for IT service delivery and governance across Performance Technologies.
Advise leaders on technology strategy, investments, and transformation opportunities.
Lead global teams, suppliers, and partners to improve outcomes and performance.
Align technology roadmaps with organizational goals and drive digital transformation.
Oversee IT demand management, portfolio prioritization, and business case development.
Drive ITSM, incident, change, asset, and configuration management practices.
Optimize ServiceNow and related technologies for better user experience and efficiency.
Manage IT budgets, forecasts, vendor relationships, and cost optimization.
