Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Infrastructure & Operations - Americas. This remote-facing leadership role guides the delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure across the Americas, supporting corporate offices, manufacturing plants, and distribution sites.

You will lead regional teams, manage vendor relationships, drive incident and change processes, and ensure cybersecurity and business continuity while aligning with global technology

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or related technology functions in multi-site environments.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience managing infrastructure operations or technical teams.
• May require up to 30% domestic and international travel.
• Demonstrated experience supporting manufacturing, plant, distribution, or operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, endpoint support, cloud services, cybersecurity, and IT service management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Infrastructure & Operations service delivery across the Americas region, ensuring reliable, secure IT support for business and manufacturing locations.
• Oversee regional IT infrastructure, plant support, endpoint services, connectivity, and local technology operations to meet business needs.
• Partner with global IT teams to execute infrastructure standards and strategic technology initiatives across the region.
• Drive service excellence through IT service management practices including incident, problem, change, asset, and knowledge management.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for critical incidents and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
• Lead regional infrastructure projects, site expansions, technology refreshes, integrations, migrations, and operational transitions.
• Support manufacturing operations by ensuring stable IT services, shop-floor connectivity, and business continuity.
