Job summary

The City of Tucson seeks an Information Technology Business Relationship Manager II to establish strong relationships with partner departments and translate business needs into IT solutions. This on-site role requires coordinating with IT governance processes and leading initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience; a valid driver license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: Five (5) years of relevant experience
• Equivalency: Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
• License/Certifications: Valid and unrestricted Arizona Driver License (as listed)

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains relationships with partner departments and stakeholders.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for IT services outside primary service owners.
• Participates in IT governance processes representing partner needs.
• Develops enterprise IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identifies opportunities for IT process improvements and digital transformation.
• Initiates ideation with partners to build project/program Portfolio pipeline.
• Facilitates communication between ITD and partner departments.
• Develops and provides formal training in areas of expertise.
