• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or five years of related experience.
• A minimum of five years in IT Service Management or Business Relationship Management with at least two years in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, BRM, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Process Analysis/Improvement and IT Strategy.
