Job summary

The City of Peoria is seeking an IT Business Relationship Manager to serve as a strategic liaison between Information Technology and City departments. You will translate business needs into actionable IT initiatives and ensure technology investments align with organizational priorities.

You will lead technology planning, develop roadmaps and business cases, and coordinate and prioritize technology requests.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or five years of relevant experience in IT service management or BRM.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable IT initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and IT governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic liaison between IT and City departments and translate business needs into actionable initiatives.
• Develop technology roadmaps and business cases to align investments with organizational priorities.
• Coordinate and prioritize technology requests and guide initiatives through IT governance processes.
